Use this checklist during your first days in Pickup Dispatch. The order matters: each step uses what you created in the previous one. Ticks are saved in your browser, so you can come back later; you can also print this page.

Create your first customer or corporate account
Accounts are who you book rides for; a company is created automatically when you type its name. Add a vehicle to your fleet
Vehicle types are preset; you only register your cars. Add a driver and invite them to the driver app
The driver sets their own password and uses the Pickup Driver app or the driver web portal. Set up your rates
In Rates, create at least one rate matrix (fixed, distance or hourly) for the vehicle types you use. Choose how you get paid
In Settings → Payments and in Payment Requests, decide how customers pay you: on account, by payment link, or on the spot. Create your first reservation
Book a ride for your account, assign the vehicle and the driver, and follow it on the Dispatch grid.
