Two levels of categorisation
Pickup uses two levels: Fleet categories (internal, for dispatch) and Booking widget classes (client-facing). You can map multiple fleet vehicles to a single widget class.
Example
You might have 3 Mercedes E-Class vehicles and 2 BMW 5-Series, all in your internal "Executive" fleet category. In the booking widget, clients see one option: "Business Class" — and any available vehicle from that category can be assigned.
Tip: Keep fleet categories granular (by vehicle model) and widget classes broad (by service tier). This gives clients a clean choice without exposing your internal fleet structure.
