Steps

Go to Fleet → Vehicles and open the vehicle.

Click Set unavailability.

Select the date range and add a reason (e.g. "Service", "MOT", "Driver holiday").

Click Save. The vehicle will not appear as available in the dispatch board or booking widget during that period.
