Requirements
- Android 9 or later — or iOS 14 or later
- An invitation from your operator (sent by email and SMS)
- Internet connection for initial setup (the app works offline once configured)
Installation steps

Open the invitation SMS or email from your operator and tap the download link.

Download the Pickup Driver app from the App Store or Google Play.

Open the app and enter the activation code from your invitation. The code is valid for 48 hours.

Set your password and enable location permissions when prompted — required for job assignment.

Enable push notifications when prompted — required to receive new job alerts.

You are now logged in. Your operator can see you as Active on their dispatch board.
Tip: Keep the app running in the background while on shift so you receive job notifications instantly.
