- Driver assigned (with driver details and photo)
- Ride complete and receipt

Steps

Go to Settings → White-Label → Email templates.

Select the template to edit.

Edit the subject line and body text. Use the available variables (e.g. {{client_name}}, {{pickup_address}}) to personalise each email.

Send a test email to yourself to preview the result.

Click Save. The template is used for all future emails of that type.
