Creating a reservation manually
You can create a reservation manually at any time from your dashboard — for phone bookings, email requests, or any booking that does not come through the online booking widget.

Go to Reservations → New reservation or press the + button on the dispatch board.

Enter the pickup location, drop-off location, date, and time.

Select the vehicle category and enter the number of passengers.

Add the client details — name, phone, email. You can search existing clients or create a new one.

The price is calculated automatically based on your rate matrix. You can override it if needed.

Click Save reservation. The booking appears in your dispatch board immediately.
Tip: After saving, you can assign a driver immediately or leave the booking unassigned and assign it later from the dispatch board.
