What is zone pricing?
Zone pricing lets you define fixed rates between areas — for example, Airport to City Centre is always £75 for Business Class. Clients see the exact price before booking, with no surprises.

Go to Settings → Pricing → Zone rates.

Click Add zone and draw or define the zone on the map (e.g. "City Centre", "Airport", "North Zone").

Once your zones are defined, go to Zone rates matrix.

For each zone pair, enter the price per vehicle class.

Save. The booking widget now shows fixed prices for all configured zone combinations.
Tip: You can add a meet-and-greet fee, extra luggage surcharge, or peak hour multiplier at zone level.
