How flight tracking works
When a booking includes a flight number, Pickup automatically monitors that flight and updates the pickup time if the flight is delayed or early. Your driver is notified instantly — without any manual action from your team.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Flight tracking.

Enable the toggle. Flight tracking is active immediately for all new bookings with a flight number.

When creating a reservation, enter the flight number in the Flight field. Pickup fetches the flight schedule automatically.

If the flight changes status, the driver receives a push notification with the updated time. No action needed on your side.
Tip: Flight tracking is included in all plans. No additional configuration or cost.
