When to use farm-out
Farm-out is used when you receive a booking but do not have an available driver or vehicle. Instead of declining the booking, you route it to a partner operator in the Pickup network.

Open the reservation from your dispatch board.

Click Farm out. Pickup shows available partner operators for the route and time.

Select the partner operator. They receive an immediate notification and can accept or decline.

Once accepted, the booking status updates automatically. Your commission is calculated and tracked.
