Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of the full platform. Your workspace is prepared by our team and you receive your login in an onboarding and training session that is included. There is no setup fee and you can cancel at any time.
Every reservation created or received in the platform counts once: entered by a dispatcher, booked on your online booking page, or received from a partner or an OTA channel. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, shown on the card and in the comparison table.
Nothing stops. Rides above the allowance are billed at the per-ride rate shown under "Usage-based rates" and charged at the end of the billing month. The rate goes down as the plan goes up, and Ultra has no extra-ride charge.
When a ride moves between two companies through Pickup, a flat per-trip fee applies to each side according to its own plan, and marketplace jobs you win are charged as a small percentage of the trip. All rates are in the comparison table and go down on higher plans.
Yes, at any time and on your own from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the start of your next billing month. No penalties and no minimum term.
Your plan is billed in the currency of your company's country: USD in the United States, GBP in the United Kingdom, EUR everywhere else, at the fixed price list for that currency. Payments from your passengers go to your own Stripe account, so Stripe charges its processing fees directly to you; they are separate from your Pickup plan.
Join hundreds of operators worldwide who run their entire transportation business on Pickup. See the platform live — no commitment, no credit card.
