From the dispatch board

Open the Dispatch Board from the left menu.

Find the reservation. Unassigned bookings show in the Unassigned column.

Click Assign driver. A panel shows available drivers for the booking time.

Select the driver. They receive an instant push notification on the Driver App.
From the reservation detail page
Open any reservation and use the Driver field in the right panel. Search for a driver by name and click Assign.
Once assigned, the driver sees the full booking details in the app — pickup address, client name, notes, and ride status controls.
