What is the dispatch board?
The dispatch board is your real-time operations centre. It shows all active reservations, driver positions, and ride statuses — updated live without refreshing the page.
Board columns
- Unassigned — Bookings with no driver yet. These require action.
- Assigned — Bookings with a driver assigned, not yet started.
- En route — Driver is on the way to pickup.
- On board — Passenger picked up, ride in progress.
- Completed — Ride finished successfully.
Filters
Use the date filter to view bookings for today, tomorrow, or any specific date. You can also filter by driver or vehicle.
Tip: Bookings with pickup time within the next 60 minutes appear highlighted in amber if they are still unassigned.
